These terms govern use of this website and professional engagements with API Integration Now.

Acceptance

By accessing apiintegrationnow.digital or confirming a written engagement estimate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commence an engagement.

Services described

Pages describing payroll audit engagements are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and timeline. We may decline work that falls outside our competence or capacity.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for providing complete source records, timely answers to factual questions, and decisions about remediation. Incomplete registers may require re-scoping and adjusted fees.

Intellectual property

Website content, templates, and branding belong to API Integration Now. Engagement deliverables (memos, checklists, workbooks) are licensed to the client for internal use. Redistribution to third parties requires prior written consent, except where regulators request the materials.

Liability

Professional work is performed with reasonable care. We do not guarantee inspection outcomes, regulator decisions, or that every payroll error outside the agreed sample will be discovered. To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat payroll data, employee identifiers, and findings as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
