What changes the estimate
- Number of legal entities and shared-service centers
- Sample window length and overtime volume
- On-site visits versus remote document review

- Quality of attendance and remittance source files
What the fee covers
Quoted fees include the agreed sampling or review work, the written deliverable (memo, close-readiness note, evidence pack outline, or reconciliation workbook), and one findings walkthrough. Travel outside Taipei, extended retesting after major remediation, and legal advocacy are scoped separately.
Deposits
Engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the audit window. The balance is due on delivery of the final written deliverable. See the refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
