Data we collect

From contact forms and email: name, email address, engagement interest, approximate headcount, and message content. During engagements: business contacts’ names, titles, phone numbers, and documents you supply that may include employee identifiers necessary for payroll review.

Purposes

We process data to respond to estimate requests, perform contracted audit work, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Taiwan.

Legal bases

Processing rests on pre-contractual and contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and legal obligations where applicable. Where consent is required (for example optional analytics cookies), we request it separately.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years to support professional and tax record-keeping, then securely deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We share data with hosting providers, email infrastructure, and professional advisers under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If tools process data outside Taiwan, we use contractual safeguards and limit transfers to what the engagement or site operation requires. You may ask which processors are active for your matter.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and object to certain processing. Contact hello@apiintegrationnow.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.
